This past Sunday, Lucas, Stella, and I went with The Firmin Family on a fabulous boat ride down the Tickfaw River, through Lake Maurepas, and then through Lake Pontchartrain to Madisonville where they were having a boat festival. It was pretty chilly in the morning so we bundled Stella up with her hat and a warm blanket. She really liked the rocking of the boat ride and slept most of the time.
